ADRIASPILLCON 2026

All those interested to attend ADRIASPILLCON 2026 are kindly invited to fill out the Registration Form which can be found HERE.  We would like to emphasize that the registration becomes valid upon receipt by the organizers of the confirmation that the registration fee has been paid.

Conference Fee

The standard conference fee (all 3 days) for participants is 320 EUR + 25% VAT. 

You are kindly requested to credit the following account with the appropriate amount not later than April 10^th 2026:

The conference fee entitles the participants to:

• attend the Conference and the Exhibition between 21^st and 23^rd April 2026 (3 days)
• proceedings and other written materials
• participation in all side events that will complement the Conference
• coffee and refreshments during breaks
• welcome reception
• a study visit to the Marine Protected Area on 22^nd of April 2026.

One-day conference passes will be available for visitors who cannot attend the entire ADRIASPILLCON 2026, at the cost of 180 EUR + 25% VAT.  Holders of one-day passes will be entitled to attend the Conference and visit the Exhibition on a specified day, receive Conference proceedings and other materials, and enjoy coffee and refreshments during breaks.

Cancelation

The participants should inform the organizers of any cancellations in written form.

In case the cancellation notice is received not later than 23^rd of March 2026 the organizers will refund the complete conference fee.

If the participation is cancelled by 13^th of April 2026 50% of the paid fee will be refunded, while in case of cancellation after that date the fee cannot be refunded.

To all participants who had cancelled their participation in conformity with the above quoted deadlines the organizers will refund the conference fees or parts thereof after the end of the Conference and not later than 30^th of April 2026.
